Daniel Carcillo Bio
Daniel Carcillo is a scrappy player that is known for his physical play. While he occasionally crosses over the line of acceptable behavior, there is little doubt to the energy that he brings to the rink. Teammates know that Carcillo is there to support them whether it be in the form of a massive check or a timely fight.
Despite being an enforcer who isnt afraid of dropping the gloves, Carcillo possesses an accurate wrist shot and has been known to chip in with a big goal from time to time.
Throughout his career, Carcillo has played for 4 other teams besides the Rangers... the Los Angeles Kings, the Chicago Blackhawks, the Philadelphia Flyers and the Phoenix Coyotes.
Carcillo has won one Stanley Cup, playing for the Blackhawks in 2013.
Fun Fact: While playing for the Blackhawks in Chicago, Carcillo hosted a music radio show titled "The Bomb Shelter", a play on his nickname.
